RUNSHEETS
We provide tailored Runsheets with accurate limited and/or full title to notate any title exposure to your project. We don't just rely on Abstracts of Title. We completely index Courthouse Records along with cross checking documents with Abstract of Titles to insure nothing is missed.
OWNERSHIP REPORTS
Depending on what project you are developing, we provide full ownership reports with available tax records, most recent addresses, depth severances, notes on interest, and any liens subject to interests, all information all on one report.
FLOWCHARTS
We always include a visual flowchart to allow quick interpretation of the flow of title, highlight any isues that are present, including GAPS, Strangers in title, foreclosures, tax sales etc.
TAX ROLLS
Our reported interests are verified to be up to date on taxes with a certified tax certificate from the project county. This also aids in confirming reported ownership interests.
DEED PLOTTING
Unsure of which legal description belongs to which tract? Our staff are trained in proprietary software to map out legal descriptions of whichever subject tract is included in the project.
